Chris - I don't particularly like the high front of the traditional Mog,

so - in the sense that I prefer the look of the front now, and it protects the suspension from road dirt, yes it works.

They were my two reasons for doing this.
In terms of cooling, it will certainly deflect air at the lower radiator tank, but it's difficult (impossible?)to quantify the outcome. In terms of feel Tevor, all I can say is this - with the full spoiler on an MGBGT, the transformation is significant, because the standard BGT runs nose up at speed due to the shape, and the full spoiler brings the nose down and weights the steering back to 'normal'. On the Mog it's not as low, nor as wide. Instead of air 'just' flowing underneath and being compressed under the floorboards, it will now either be chanelled through the intake - radiator lower tank & sump, or be forced round the edges where it will cool the brakes, or over the top edges into the wheel arches. It will be interesting to see how it feels, but I doubt I can get out in it before next weekend. My remaining concern is that it will stand up to the flexing.
