Hi folks,
The Service Station called me up yesterday morning and we had a little chat about the recent Job.
1.) The washers weren´t installed by the Service Station, it was made in factory. It´s so funny because I simply didn´t recognized this before the service (and I cleaned/polished the engine often enough... :-)).
It´s exactly like you guys described it: It is a workaround made by S&S to prevent any belt overheating. With this little improvement the belt should last 10.000 – 15.000 kilometers.
2.) The noise generated by the bevel box is significantly reduced. They changed the oil but they recommended to use a belt spray like this every few hundred kilometers to prevent any noise generated by the belt:

One last information about the pedal setting: The former model years they drilled holes to make it easier to move the pedal set by yourself. Since 2014 they don´t do this anymore in the factory, which makes it even harder to do this little job on your own. Anyway: I´m very happy that the Service Station did that for me and the new position is by far more comfy compared to the position of the pedals before…
Take care!
Alex.
