Not 'sadly' at all - that's a cause for celebration! We need to jump through our hoops every year from 3rd birthday onwards and we continually 'gold-plate' the next bright idea from the EU to make sure cars get scrapped to force folks to buy new..... We'll be as bad as Australia before we know it!
