Something very strange happened today.
I wanted to start the car and all I've got was a loud 'klang' sound from the enginebay.
This was not the regular S1 ticking noise where you have to twist the key 3 times for a reset. Weird.
I popped the bonnet open, gave the engine an angry look and the car started fine from the first try.
Someone familiar with this problem? The car will be in for service soon, but I'm just curious what the cause could be.
