I am sat here listening to England stuff New Zealand only for the commentary to be spoilt by a woman's voice. Women have their own skills and value but they are not with commentating on men's cricket and car programmes. I may be a dinosaur but I don't give a fig.
You are indeed a dinosaur. That sort of attitude used to prevail about all sports broadcasting, and yet there are some excellent female sports presenters on our screens these days.
Claire Balding for example never fails to be interesting and informative because she is a good professional journalist who always does her homework, so she serves us up relevant or amusing facts rather than a stream of banal trivialities (such as "there's a great atmosphere in the ground today....")
