That would be handy but how about just banning white vans with out see through windows in the reardoors and limiting them to 60 mph. In the UK we have farmore of a problem with cowboys in white vans than in trucks
Howard in UK all commercial vehicles up to 7.5 ton ARE limited to 60 mph on all dual carriageways and 50 mph on single carriageway roads. Trouble is they ignore the limits and with police budget cuts there are fewer and fewer Roads Policing officers to enforce these limits. What is needed is legislation to enforce speed limiters on these vehicles the same as there is on commercial vehicles over 7.5 tons and minibuses and coaches.
Edit. Problem is they are still allowed to do 70 mph on motorways so that would have to be changed as well.
