I cannot understand softtop owners with good hoods not dropping them at every opportunity. Easy to put up when heavy rain starts so why drive with them up?

OK I have driven hood up very occasinally when I couldn't be bothered to lower it for a short run.....but come on!
Absolutely...
Discovered on Friday the "stay dry" speed at which the Plus 8 is perfect in the rain is between 55 and 60mph. This is a problem in town, so had to put the hood up.
