no problem with that: it goes on the outside thread of the oil tank and not the filler cap! and its very thin this tape! no way to "cross" the border and go inside the tank.


Fair enough, each to his own - it's your engine, and your risk. I just don't see why using an unsuitable product is preferable to something has been proved for many years in many vehicles to work fine, is cheap and easily obtainable.
