As mentioned in another thread we recently had a windscreen self destruct. So i have taken to ignore morgan for parts and to do it myself. Removing the old screens was harder than it seemed. They are well stuck and only let go after a judicious application of brute force. I found a plastics company who were able to cut replacements using the unbroken screen as template. Left and right are the same and are not curved. I decided to use 3 mm polycarbonate instead of the 4.5mm acrylic The sealing of this thinner material and issues with using silicone with the polycarbonate provided some head scratching but eventually sorted it. Fingers crossed its weather tight.
After seeing Callums DIY write up, i have done the same but at 20 mb i will need to find somewhere to put it! Before and after pictures
