May I add to the sage advice given here that before raising the car you slightly loosen the spinners whilst firmly on the ground. This will prevent stress of hitting them passing through the suspension and any possibility of the car slipping off the jack/stands.

Also when putting the spinners back on its worth giving them a strong tightening tap when the car is back on the ground
