Regrettably I'll not be able to attend. While I don't know the size of the London flypast in 1946 led by Douglas Bader, this event could be bigger in respect of plane types. 40 Spitfires and Hurricanes in the air at once - in the same place is a lot of 12 cylinder aero engine noise.
