Yes it is a bit Ugh in the examples in the video, but with a bit of creative thinking re the final topcoat, you could get some interesting finishes...a bit like that expensive liquid mercury paint finish used on F1 McLarens for example.
As far as durability is concerned, presumably it is just like any paint finish?
