Whilst I love watching England play, for the real experience you need to go and watch championship rugby, which is the league below the baths, sales, Leicesters etc.
My family are moseley FC supporters (note not Rfc) as the club was formed before association football existed and rugby football Union was the only code.
The lads that play in this league are generally part timers ( there are a couple of full time clubs but not many.)
So they have day normal day jobs, however the style and brand of rugby is so much more enjoyable to watch than the premier clubs.
We have a couple of pints and a hot pork sandwich or pie and if we win its great, if we lose well there's always next week. The players are not overpaid prima donnas but lads who love the game for what it is, yes some will go on to be superstars (like Jonny may who played for us a few years ago) but most give their all for the love of the game, long may it remain so.
