There should be an invoice for the wishbones - labour was charged (about £75). So if no invoice I would guess the work may not have been done. The later wishbones are much heavier.
I've had no problems with my regulator on Oct 2012 car so you may be ok. Make sure the wiring upgrade has been done.
Your pedals will be the much nicer M3W logo'ed pedals like I've got. They can be moved but it will make a mess, so steering spacer and raised seat may be an alternative.
If your front wheel isn't central then you may find a change to the later hub at some point is worthwhile. My car has benefitted from this.
Say lots of prayers and have lots of fun. There will be ups and downs, but focus as much as you can on the ups - and many cars seem to be reasonably reliable!
