Hi Steve, I have gone for the 13 inch leather steering
wheel although I do like the look of the wooden steering wheels.
I prefer the comfort of the leather wheel and prefer not to wear gloves.

If you prefer a fatter wooden rim, Williams have them for sale.

I also agree with Roger the Librands small mirror is the way to go.
