As for calling that car a Morgan....the wording does say Morgan replica...so it's likely that only an uninformed buyer would be tempted? If I wrre Morgan I would at least contact that garage/ builder to make them "worried".
Ferrari clamped down on a replica company selling body kits for MX5 based conversions...
Bugatti owners are also in a bit of a nervous time re authenticity due to replicas being claimed to be " tax exempt" as they are copies of originals!
