What's with the horn, it sounds...awful. I'm assuming it's an easy swap?
Also, is it easy to change the oil? And what are you using?
Some people have fitted air horns. Just look on eBay for 'Compact air horn'.
Oil change is easy. Just drain by removing the lower ends of the hozes that run from the oil tank to the engine block. Remove the block drain plug and inspect for residue/swarf (!), replace the filter and refill with oil. There is much discussion about which oil to use. S&S recommend Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W50 fully synthetic.
