Hi David
Such a system has been built by an M3W owner and described in detail in the Bulletin a few months ago , the house mag for the Morgan Three Wheeler Club.
From my point of view that solution was pretty complicated to install , had many potential points of failure and added weight so I discounted it for myself.
If it was offered as a factory fit, or by a specialist installer then maybe , but too complicated for a rank amateur like myself.
I think ducted ( as described above ) or forced air cooling maybe is the way for a simpler less intrusive solution.
As an aside I have a suspicion Dabs solution above wont work for modern M3W which have the NVH kit installed from new. This has a substantial bracing piece running under the UV joint where his duct breaks through the floor pan , so blocking it off. Unfortunately I cant see an obvious place where else to duct from.
