It's not about yearly inspections, or even inspections upon sale, only in trying to get Maryland to accept the cars. Mt dealer is readying a car for another inspection that will hopefully comply with Federal regs (you'd think MMC would do that for the USA market). Once MD approves, each car would not have to be inspected. My car is shipping right now with tires, headlights and windscreens that are not USA compliant. Like I said, you'd think MMC would be shipping cars that meet the regs under which they were approved, but nah...


Im sure part of it is the fact that ever state is different. You must have the first car in MD?
