Suspension mods are simply a cost Vs benefit argument. We all have different parameters and budgets, and expectations.
That is My Opinion in a nutshell. The difficulty is gaining enough experience with these options to determine the "Cost/Benefit" issues. I have driven all the suspension modifications mentioned, including an old 4/4 with wishbone front and coil over rear suspension. The best/cost effective information I have received was by Peter Mulberry (while drinking Ale - OUCH!) was to clean and grease My rear springs. I did and I received a huge cost/benefit. Once cleaned and greased an application of chain oil once or twice a year does wonders.
