Torque settings are usually reserved for engine cylinder head, conrod, main-bearing and differential bolts and the like. Such environments are usually subject to high stress and heat that causes material expansion and can loosen bolts unless torqued correctly.
Most DIY and professional mechanics rely on intuition and experience for other fasteners unless specified in a workshop manual.
If you really do want to know what torque settings are appropriate for fasteners, a few minutes on Google will reveal the torque settings for different sizes of fasteners, thread (course and fine) as well as material.
The inexperienced tend to overtighten and strip threads, particularly bolts and screws that are threaded into aluminium.
Typically, small fasteners are tightened to a low torque, larger ones increasing to a higher torque.
The majority of fasteners you'll find on a Morgan of your vintage will be metric on the engine and gearbox, UNF on the chassis, brakes and axle. You may even find some Whitworth and BSF threaded fasteners around the body.
If you have rack and pinion steering, there is no lubrication maintenance. If you have a steering box, probably Gemmer, then look on gomog for instructions and oil specification.
If you have a limited slip diff, use the requisite spec oil such as Castol LS Hypoid (I think) or Castol Product B373. Other oil manufacturers will have their alternatives.
