Hi. I've just removed the chrome bumpers from my Morgan as I want to refurbish the insides as they're going rusty. To do the job properly I'd like to remove the rear bumper mounting brackets but one of the nuts has rusted up causing the coach bolt to rotate. I've tried WD40 to free it up but without success. I cant get in with an angle grinder to cut off the nut. The only other thing I can think of is to purchase a Dremel but don't really want to spend the money if I don't have to. Anyone got any ideas?
