Almost certainly a D type chassis with the 1.5 inch drop in the front crosshead. If I could be bothered to check, I think that makes it 1935 only as that drop was standard for all models that year. And since it is not as pretty as more drop, a lot of lesser drop cars were restored with more!

50 degree sidevalve JAP is almost certainly off an earlier car, up to 1931, but probably mid to late 20's (as already said PNEUMATICSWHY) . Dirty great hole where the magneto should be, and I think it has been removed. Ditto exhausts.

Don't think we need to worry about more detail, car as presented is a bitza.
