If you are in a tintop, you can "wash your windscreen" at them. Else try dabbing the brakes light on and off the the hazard flashers on. All a bit provocative though.
Another trick I used once in a 30 limit while being tailgated by a range rover was to go around a roundabout really fast - he tried to keep up and gave himself a fright,
