I think looking at it that it's a screw in one and it is an earlier model a 1983.
I'd prefer the new wood route myself even it were to prove extensive these frames are not crazy money. Richard is starting off his Morganing with this car so he will probably want it to last.
I agree. "CPES" epoxy is not in-expensive to source. However; it will last and if used with some idea of maintaining strength it will not break. But at least for this piece I think it would be easier to just screw in a new timber. Sure makes Me wonder how it rotted in the first place. I can understand wood in the sill or rocker but not where this one is. Must be a story some place.
