I just saw a new Polaris Slingshot with a trailer hitch! He pulls a bike trailer with it as the Slingshot has as much storage as the M3W... none. It was mounted to the rear frame above the swing arm. It's wide open back there.
I don't think that would be possible for the likes of us. Anything that would mechanically work would very likely be ugly as sin...
