A small "heads up" for you - Just in case.....
Having suffered my 6th puncture in 4 years in Dover en route to the Laon weekend, with the help of some SWANMOG friends, the organisers of the trip found a supplier of 185 x 5 inner tubes in Calais. Namely:

The garage is not far from the first junction on the N216/A216 having left the Car Ferry Port. Take the N216/A216 then turn off at the first junction towards Calais (first exit West)onto the Rue Yervent Tourmanaintz. Then at the next roundabout take the third exit South onto the Avenue Georges Guynemer. ARGOT PNUES is just off the next roundabout.
Have a look at Google Maps to pinpoint the garage.
Unfortunately, no one spoke English but my smattering of French and good old Berlitz sufficed. The staff were very friendly and service was prompt.
2 x tubes and one fitting cost me 37.00 euros (or just over £30)
