I'm a closet artist and enjoy reading about the rules of good design, and the way the sketching progressed is fascinating.
It's very unbalanced still, to my eyes, as there should be a triangle between the axles and the steering head, something that makes the Harley 'softail' so right to look at, but the inclusion of ply and ash is a nice touch.
