My suggestion would be to try lighter fluid
It's my 'go to' cleaner for this type of thing
No experience with using it on sun cream blooms but have used it on AC and pre cat lacquers to good effect
I'm not sure what lacquer Morgan use on the veneered dashboards so try on a tiny bit first
