PeterJ.....when does the light come on? Straight away at cold start?
Cat and lambda sensors need heat to work properly so perhaps sensors are faulty?
Are they the ones with built in heaters to prevent cold state errors?
Only happens in "Sport" Mode, never in "Drive" (Its an Auto, so two maps I suspect.)
Anyway, if the cats cool from a period of small throttle, for example 50mh in 6th, and then the loud pedal is given a shove the MIL light comes on.
I guess the extra fuel in "Sport" overwhelms the cat until it heats up. With a hot cat it doesn't happen.
