As jbk says you could have a one shot oiler system and some of the actuators (mine) is under the LHD bonnet at the front - press for 3 seconds maximum about every 200mls otherwise you can oil up the front discs. Only actuate on start up when the oil is at it's thickest.

You also need to clean and re grease the damper blades after checking for wear if you have them fitted.
