I'd convert to grease at the top. Just screw in a grease nipple and junk the oil stuff.
Before Spanner Juggler jumps in, just a grease nipple. Don't fit remote greasers as with a nipple, you get a quick look at the front and can see if anything is going wrong. Plus you waste grease filling up the tube!
