There's no bushes. The wishbones are all rose jointed to the chassis. The bottom front ball joint is a typical failure. This is pressed and bonded into the billet aluminium machined bottom section of the front upright.

These days I'm seeing a lot of corrosion failures in the heat affected zones near the welds on the front wishbones. The rears tend to get bent where the rear suspension runs out of travel over large bumps.

Now if I could just get the machine shop to finish of making the new PTFE ram seals for Simons Aero steering rack, then I might be able to get on and make some more Aero parts for all you chaps...
