Re options, If I were buying now compared to my 2013:

No immobiliser - I ordered it because I thought it would help the insurance but it doesn't so save the pennies

Stage 1 (or G56) - virtually an essential in the way it transforms the car

Bonnet catches - the ***ing dzus fasteners really get on one's wick.

Rear mudguard - although the back end does get dirty it's not been an issue but the extra protection can't hurt.

Blockleys - They weren't an option in 2013 but are a much better tyre. As others have said get them fitted yourself.

I agree the chrome pack looks good but it's a lot of money - I went for stock black.

If you go down the second hand route - if a pre 2014 car make sure it's had the steering mod, urban cooling, centra compensator and frame strengthening upgrades.
