I have had the passenger speaker out of mine as I ordered replacement Harman Kardon that I thought were the right size, external diameter was fine but the depth and the inside diameter of the back cowl that they fit into is very restricting and the fouled on it. I gave up having discovered that the one I thought was rattling and knackered was making the noise due to the speaker cable vibrating against the speaker cone, once I repositioned the cable it now actually sounds quite good.
