Mine is a 4/4 so will be pretty much the same
Here is photo of the front
Jack in the middle of the front crossmember then put axle stands under at each side
Handbrake on and chocks under both back wheels on a level surface
I do this too and have marked the mid point of the crossmember with some tape to make it easier to keep the car level.
I have a jacking beam for the rear, home made similar to DaveW version. Hardwood with angled steel edging for extra strength, again marked up with centre point.
The car is currently front up on stands after replacing the steering rack gaitor, other cleaned up bits to go back on tomorrow.
