Agree Roger - Cat D is rather odd to say the least. Not sure that can be right frankly....
However - the engine might not run but may-not be wrecked. The front seems awfully out of line but a re-jig on the chassis, new front suspension assembly/wings/screen/bonnet etc - may well be a repairable if the pockets are deep enough
