Cigar lighter sockets are freely available from most auto-electrical outlets. Problem is although they have become an industry standard their design is poor with single point contact for centre positive connection. The DIN/Hella type (with matching plug) are superior in design as well as compact by comparison.
High power white LED reversing lights, 55mm with heat sink and three mounting lugs, almost identical to the OE red LED fog light, should be available from kit car accessory outlets. They will be a straight swap. Check out reversing light thread
