Wow! Very impressed indeed. Can I ask you a question about the bandsaw? I have recently acquired a Starrett (Bandit 5) and am wondering what blade and speed I could use for steel, the bloke who sold it to me said the blade init was only ok for wood.
Get yourself a 14 TPI Raker cut M42 Tool steel blade, bed it in properly and it will last well cutting steel and most metals.
I use around 500 ft/min on stainless and crank the speed up for aluminium and softer materials. My saw has a 1.1 kW motor in it and fully variable speed
