eBay is quite a good source for new Hella spotlights.
There are a few businesses that retail them via eBay. A search using "Hella spotlights" will turn up a selection of options. I've also found eBay a good way to unearth suppliers; often if they aren't listing the type you want, they can sometimes source them.
