Any exhaust shop will carry a range of 90 degree bend sizes and the y can easily flare it to fit your silencer. That's where I got mine cost $35.00AU in Stainless.
The difficult part was that I did not want to remove to much of the pipe comming out of the silencer to shorten it (had to take some of in the end) and the silencer finishes so close to the rear arch that you can't aim it straight out the side or it fouls the black end of the running board if you don't take a fair bit of the silencer exit pipe. That resulted in me having to aim it down and sideways slightly. The hardest bit then was calculating an angle to saw the 90degree exit pipe that aimed the exhaust away from the tire, did not foul the back of the running board and looked OK.
If you are a very fussy sort like me, allow 3 hours for measuring and remeasuring, wrapping it with tape to settle on a good angle (again and again and again until happy)
