My target for next year is to clear the rubbish out of the garage and get the Morgan in!
But my main target is to hit my 90s fit, healthy, sense of humour intact and with a reasonably sharp set of knives in the drawer. In order to do this I run about 20 miles per week which helps physically and mentally, read a fair bit,not feel guilty about doing nothing for a while and getting out in the Mog to spread the joy a little. I also volunteer fot the National Trust at Kedleston Hall which gives a focus to the week and keeps the mind active. Also as a regular church attender I have the odds stacked in my favour as it appears that those with an active religious life tend to live longer and with fewer ailments - perhaps God doesn`t want us up there bothering him in person!
