Good to have aims!
This year I lost 6kg - and kept it off!
Not easy. I now cycle three times a week, go to the gym 3/4 times a week and walk about 4 miles.And toughest of all only have wine on Fri/Sat.
Oh and watch the calories!!
What of 2017? My first full year of retirement.
1. Strive to be happy
2. Stop feeling guilty about not "working".
3. Enjoy my Mog - with a few more trips.
4. Plan my 70th in 2018 - including a trip to Aus.
5. Actively help others - particularly young people with Mental Health problems.
