It's not a bargain, it's simply priced according to it's condition and history.
Figure in a retrim, some paintwork and a few other cosmetic improvements and you'll soon reach the price of others for sale.
And you'll still have a high mileage, high owner car with the wrong wheels fitted.
Alternatively, don't fuss over the cosmetics, decide that the wheels aren't "wrong" just different, and you'd have a hell of a sports car for at least £10 - 15kk less than the others available on the market.
