I must admit none of my Mogs have had a fuel gauge I trust.
Likewise, John. My Morgan's fuel gauge is such a great work of fiction it really ought to be awarded the Booker prize.
For about the first 10 miles after filling, it shows Full. Then it switches to Empty, and stays that way until I start threatening to do something about it. Then it shows half full for a while until it thinks I'm not looking any more, at which point it goes back to Empty.
Fortunately the trip meter works fine, so I just fill up every 250 miles or so, knowing I have a safe range of 300 miles.
