thank you Frank for your interesting link.
Now all is clear and I now await the return of my hub with new bushes fitted and reamed in if necessary.
Then I can get on with the job of refitting everything and then tackling the near side wheel and hub!
I don't think that the blades could be retro fitted unless the rest of the hub matched the earlier hubs on pre 1980's cars?
