Well it didn't quite go to plan
My mum was taken into Lancaster hospital Sunday and so I visited last night armed with a lovely bunch of flowers only to be told by the staff nurses that because of 'health and safety' they can no longer allow flowers into the wards
It gave me and mum a bit of a chuckle which was probably a good thing considering the circumstances, returned home and gave them to Rach instead!
