Mrs Gajet has now taken my breath away with her Valentines prezzie for me .
You may know she is a true petrol head , and I often joke that she is on an 18 year mechanical apprenticeship
She spent many years repairing cars with me, and at the drag strip with her late dad .
To my amazement I got some spitfire cufflinks - Nice I thought until I realised they came with a certificate which authenticated them as being made from the inlet manifold from K9807 . Mk1 Spitfire number 12 that crashed in 1940 with the pilot bailing out
Then I was treated to a chicken Pie with veg that she had hand crafted during the day and a cream cake afterwards
