Re the above, I tried Autofinesse final polish ( least abrasive) on my sidescreen windows. It worked well but the deeper scratches were left.....too deep to remove fully. It is a pretty fine grade polish so might also work on the film, possibly the hood windows too?
Any experience of this?
I have also seen you tube vids where people have used some toothpaste to polish up plastic headlight lenses, I think it was paste sold as a "whitener" type.
How about bicarbonate of soda made into a paste with water? It cleans the insides of stained teacups well!
