A couple of years ago I was at Williams for the Autofinesse detailing demo day.
Superb day as we were given hands on tutoring in machine polishing, using D/A and plain rotary machines on scrap panels.
It also had instruction/demo for washing and general cleaning.
It gave me the confidence to try machine polishing and also a guide to products and uses.
A suggestion..........
If possible could you run another such day?
I would certainly attend for another one as a top-up.
